Join us for Wellness Week, April 13- 17, as the communities of Northborough and Southborough bring you a week of activities, resources, and events to support your health and wellness! Take a look at the Calendar of Events for a list of activities and events happening in town! Also, check out the Wellness Week Packet - complete an activity for each dimension of health and wellness, complete the entry form attached, and return a completed sheet to any school or library by the end of the day on Friday, May 1st, to qualify for a chance to win a new bicycle, donated by Northboro Junior Woman's Club!!

Spotlight Health and Wellness Week Events:

DAILY - Sunrise Wake Up and Walk

• Join us at the high school track at 6:30 AM each morning for Wake Up and Walk. Start the day off enjoying the sunrise and some fresh air!

4/13 - CPR Certification Class

• Join us at the Woodward Elementary School for an AHA CPR/AED Certification Class from 6-8 PM.  Cost is $10. Registration required - Registration Link

4/14 - Yoga on the Town Common

• Join us at the Northborough Town Common for yoga on Tuesday, April 14th at 6 PM. All ages are welcome. Please bring a towel or yoga mat. In the event of inclement weather, the yoga class will be held at the Northborough Free Library.

4/15 - Northborough Wellness Fair 

• The Northborough Free Library and Health and Human Services Department are hosting a Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 15, 5-7 PM at the Northborough Free Library. Attend free demos for all ages, get a blood pressure screening, talk to state and local resources, and so much more!  All activities are free and open to the public. 4/16 - E-BIKE Informational Forum 

• Join MassDOT, Northborough and Southborough Police Departments, and Landry's Bicycles for a presentation on e-bike and e-bike safety on Thursday, April 16th at 6:30 PM at the Northborough Free Library. This event is open to everyone in the community!

Northborough Food Pantry Collection: For the month of April, Northborough Health and Human Services is sponsoring a collection for personal hygiene and toiletry items for the Northborough Food Pantry. Drop-off locations are Town Hall and Northborough Free Library. Allure Hair Spa (299 West Main St.), and Central One Federal Credit Union (148 Main St.)
