On June 3, 2016, Governor Baker signed an Act to Improve Public Records into law, effective January 1, 2017. More information can be found at the following link: MA Legislature - Chapter 121

Each School District, through the Office of the Superintendent, is required to designate a Records Access Officer (RAO). The RAO for the Public Schools of Northborough & Southborough is the Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Keith Lavoie.
