Introducing Vision 2032: Preparing Students for What Comes Next
Dear Parent(s), Guardian(s), and Caregiver(s),
Over the past several years, Vision 2026 has provided a clear direction for The Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough and helped strengthen teaching and learning, student support, educator development, and the systems that support our schools.
As we look ahead, I am pleased to introduce Vision 2032, the District's new six-year strategic plan. Vision 2032 builds on the progress the District has made while recognizing that the world students are entering is changing rapidly. Our responsibility is not only to prepare students for today's opportunities but also to provide them with the knowledge, skills, experiences, and adaptability they will need for a future we cannot fully predict.
The plan is organized around five strategic objectives: Empowering Learners; Belonging, Opportunity, and Student Success; Healthy and Balanced Learners; Educator Learning and Leadership; and Finance and Operations to Support Teaching and Learning.
Over the coming months, I look forward to sharing more about each of these objectives and, most importantly, how Vision 2032 is translating into action across the District.
