New Absence, Tardiness, Dismissal Form

In an effort to improve the efficiency of the school’s documentation and tracking of attendance we are moving to a form-based notification system that we ask all parents and guardians to use for notifying ARHS of any school absence, tardiness or dismissal from school.

 

If your child will be absent, tardy, or needs to be dismissed from school, please complete the form by clicking on the following link: Absence, Tardiness, Dismissal Form PRIOR to the start of the school day.  In the case of any non-emergency dismissal, we ask that you complete this form no later than 8:30 AM on the morning of the dismissal.
