This Secondary Transition Fair facilitates the connection of Special Education students and families with local community organizations, agencies, and resources to learn more about the transition process.
Some agencies/organizations available to connect with on this evening:
DMH, DDS; MRC; entities providing vocational training and/or work opportunities; agencies related to social/mental health; resources for family supports, and local colleges with specialized programs.
INVITEES: Special Education Students aged 13 – 22, family members, and professionals.
