Accessibility Statement
We want everyone who visits our website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. It is the intent of the Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough that the information on our website be accessible to individuals with disabilities. We strive to be in compliance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, along with accompanying statutory regulations.
What are we doing?
To help us make our website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for our website.
How are we doing?
We've worked hard on the district website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.
If you have difficulty accessing content on the district website, including functionality that is currently inaccessible due to your disability, please contact the District Webmaster at webmaster@nsboro.k12.ma.us to receive such content in an alternate format.
If you wish to file a formal complaint regarding website accessibility please submit your complaint online using our online Website Accessibility Complaint submission form.
You may also contact the Director of Information Technology, Jonathon Parent, at jparent@nsboro.k12.ma.us.
We strive to respond to all alternate format requests within three working days.
